~ DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES ~
5:00 pm, Friday, May 31, 2013

• PURPOSE: To encourage the efforts of community members in beautifying and improving their homes, buildings, and properties, and to publicly acknowledge, share and recognize their pride in being part of Redwood City.

• WHAT’S ELIGIBLE: Single family homes to fourplexes, apartment buildings, homeowners association complexes, commercial properties, and mobile homes.

• BUILDINGS MUST BE OCCUPIED AND NOT FOR SALE during the application or screening process.

• REMODEL OR LANDSCAPE PROJECTS MUST BE COMPLETE upon submitting the application.

• SCREENING: A panel of volunteer committee members will pre-screen the entries to verify eligibility.

• RECOGNITION: Entries will be recognized at a City Council Meeting to be announced. The number of recognitions given will be at the discretion of the volunteer committee members.
