This includes placing volunteers the day of event, checking on them throughout the shift and being a point person for them to contact.

This booth handles check in of volunteers & staff, and also handles the distribution of information on all of the other events Redwood City hosts.

In order to provide relevant demographic information to potential sponsors and economic impact information to the City Council, Redwood City conducts surveys at its events. These surveys are vital to the continued operation of the events. It only takes a small number of surveys at each event to create a statistically accurate study!
